The remediation process was completed as expected, though the communication could have been a bit more proactive. I'd have given this work 4.5 stars.

The elapsed time for the remediation was about 4 times longer than originally estimated. The delays weren't communicated unless I reached out to find out what was going on.

The reconstruction work was ok; again subpar communication and scheduling wasn't a proactive process. This part of the work was probably 3 stars.

DRC Restoration did an excellent job repairing the water damage we had in our garage from our leaking balcony with all the rain we had this year. Ray and his team were very professional, efficient, great with communication, and showed up on time every day they came to our home. Ray is fantastic. We had an emergency pipe damage and water mitigation services were required. Ray and his team took holistic ownership of our whole townhome and did all the water mitigation and reconstruction in almost half the time he initially estimated. He is very knowledgeable and also is very aware of how to handle the paperwork properly for insurance as well. Ray was phenomenal. Answered calls, returned messages, came when he said he would. All work was done as promised and for the price agreed. No surprises. DRC helped me with a burst pipe under the slab of my house. They guided me through the insurance claim process and walked me through everything. Insurance paid to get to the leak and I paid out of pocket to fix the pipe. It was very affordable. It was a headache but I ended up with new flooring. I had a slow water leak under my sink. I didn’t know at the time but I had mold growth as well. They were very informative and walked me through the whole process. They did a great job and restored my kitchen. And it was all done in under a week.
